Hey you lovely people. This is a bit of a sad post today because I actually just wanted to let you know that I’m going to be taking a little break from blogging…

Over the past 3 months I’ve been working really hard on this blog and although I am absolutely loving having a creative outlet and working with some fab brands, consistently writing two posts a week has been taking up an awful lot of my time. If you’ve read my recent posts ‘Is the blogging market oversaturated?’ and ‘Get your priorities in check’ then you’ll know that I’m currently in my final year of university and working towards my final deadlines at the end of April. I need to treat this as a priority and sole focus on university this month so naturally it makes sense to have a little blogging break. I’m generally the type of person that if I have something really important happening I tend to only be able to focus on one thing and the rest often get a bit neglected. I can’t frankly afford to let my university work go unattended much longer so I’m giving myself a massive talking to and getting my arse in gear with it!

But not to worry, I’m going to be back at it in May/June time and I still have a couple of brand collaborations to write up during April/May so I won’t be going completely radio silent! I’ll also still be active on my social channels such as Instagram and Twitter.

I think it will also be a great chance to have a bit of time to reflect on my blog and what I direction I want to take it in. It’l also be a great opportunity to have some proper time to plan some great posts rather than bashing something out half an hour before I’m scheduled to post!

So stay with me, I won’t be away too long and when I’m back hopefully I’ll have some even better content and exciting stuff to share with you all!

Until next time,

I, too am having a hard time keeping up with my blog and university, with a field course and all my deadlines coming up, not to mention staying on top of all my dissertation work. Best of luck!
